  • April 2020 – present

    At Six, a B2B brand transformation agency I've spearheaded their transformation into a human-centered brand, culture, and digital product design agency. This involved building integrated teams and processes to deliver seamless experiences across all touchpoints. We crafted impactful brand narratives, fostered a culture of innovation, and developed cutting-edge digital products for clients like S&P Global Platts, Lloyds Bank, bp, Teradata, Deep, and Verto Homes.

  • March 2019 – April 2020

    At Nomensa, a UX design agency, I provided strategic guidance to clients like the Met Office, The Children's Society, and UKRI, enabling them to integrate human-centered design principles into their creative strategies.

  • December 2016 – December 2018

    I directed multidisciplinary teams in the creation of innovative brand experiences, including a VR concept car launch at the Shanghai Motorshow, a future mobility vision for NS with strategic recommendations, and two interactive installations for the Johnnie Walker flagship store opening in Madrid.

  • September 2015 – December 2016

    As the dedicated Creative Lead and Art Director for KLM, I spearheaded the digital transformation of their brand experience. This included the digital design and development of the new luxury "House of KLM" lounge at Schipol, leading art direction for a suite of frontline staff apps (pilots, flight attendants, ground crew), and establishing KLM's comprehensive living digital style guide, defining their new illustration and photographic style in collaboration with brand.

  • November 2014 –July 2015

    Caviar brought me in to build the infrastructure for and lead their transition into an integrated production company. I managed a 12 person digital production team servicing world class agencies.

  • May 2009- October 2014

    I played a pivotal role in establishing Isobar's presence in the Netherlands, contributing to the acquisition and management of both local and retained global accounts. We expanded the agency's service offerings to encompass mobile, web, social, TV, and print. My primary responsibilities involved driving new business development and cultivating strong client relationships. I built and led a high-performing creative team of 9 permanent members, supplemented by a network of skilled freelancers. Prior to this, I also led Isobar's mobile team in London, overseeing the full creative lifecycle for clients. Key clients included Grolsch, BMW, de Bijenkorf, Philips, Opel, Panasonic, Timberland, Vodafone, Chivas, Vauxhall, and Adidas.
